Review of Darkman (1990) by hmmadness79: 👍 7.0/10

Some of it has become dated but still holds up fairly well. When I watched this in my long gone youth I had no idea who Liam Neeson was so seeing it know and how young he was is strange. Years before he became an action star.

You have Liam playing a scientist who is working on a synthetic skin. Meanwhile you meet Robert Durant played by Larry Drake, his collection is grotesque but he plays a good villain.

They attack Liam and burn him almost to death but he has a particular set of skills. He uses his skills in some fun ways.

They have the typical rich guy villain but he does get more hands on towards the end so becomes more interesting.

Overall this is still a fun time. It has a few flaws in story and effects but worth a watch or rewatch.
