Review of Tinker Bell (2008) by nezzkobdamned: 👍 5.9/10

Having a Disney-mad young daughter meant my film viewing used to regularly jump from watching Aquaman and Creepshow to Piglet's Big Movie and Tinker Bell.

Not a terrible problem, I suppose, but a really strange tonal shift going from killer yetis to friendly fairies in the span of an afternoon.

Anyway, this is like the Tinkerbell origin story, and she's voiced by the wonderful Mae Whitman, so while it's very saccharine, it's not nauseating. Plus, my daughter went nuts for it, and that's all I looked for, to be honest. She wouldn't be caught dead watching it now, though.
