Good popcorn flick

Review of Mr. Right (2015) by phar_cyde: 👍 7.3/10

This was a fun blend of the typical romantic comedy with the unusual action genre. The movie revolves around Martha (Anna Kendrick) and her love interest ex CIA/hitman for hire Francis Munch (Sam Rockwell).

First the good, the action was actually quite well done with the martial arts looking fluid and some what realistic. The firearms were well utilized as well with nothing to over the top. Keeping the action more grounded for this movie worked well in its favor and they did a good job of it.

Now for the lackluster, the romantic portion of the movie is a little lacking I feel, I don't sense the most on screen chemistry between the on screen pair and the character development left a little to be desired. But over all it's a good pop corn flick!
